I am urgently looking to speak to Senior Financial Analysts with experience of Oracle Financials/Oracle EBS. The successful candidate will perform a critical role within IT & Finance within this global organisation in County Armagh. This is an excellent role with the potential for growth and provides the opportunity to deliver IT capabilities that enable the organisation's finance teams to achieve excellence in controls, processes and service delivery whilst driving business analytics, talent development and financial efficiency.

The role:

  • Act as advocate for the business and liaison to the systems of record IT teams, both in a support and enhance/optimise function
  • Become the global expert of Accounts Receivable performed at our business units with a focus on Oracle EBS
  • Ensure that consistent practices and processes are used throughout the organisation to maintain the integrity of the systems
  • Collaborate with ERP IT and finance teams to meet business requirements
  • Demonstrate experience implementing, supporting or using Oracle EBS Financials
  • Liaison between IT and internal business customers
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational finance team members
  • Positively influence change and have a significant impact on the business
  • Gather requirements, analyse, creates design documents, and performs impact analysis for application changes
  • Define, plan, and implement process and system improvements
  • Promote Business Process Excellence, Efficiency, and Continuous Improvement

Key skills:

  • Qualified Accountant or degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or Qualified by experience
  • Extensive work experience in systems implementation and/or in a shared services environment
  • Oracle EBS Financials required(Experience as an end user a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and drive process improvement
  • People development, project management, functional requirements definition, problem solving
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-national environment, and to lead and influence cross-organisationally with and without direct authority
  • Travel up to 10%, both domestic and international
