Due to their ongoing success, our client is currently on the hunt for a qualified solicitor to join their hugely successful team in either their Derry Branch, or their Strabane branch!

Role requirements

• Provision of legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing your own client base
• Ability to manage cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and giving guidance to others in the team as appropriate
• Providing outstanding client care at all times and maintaining a highly professional approach
• Carrying out marketing, networking and other business development activities
• Advising clients on the technical content of the documents and the accompanying financial implications
• Researching information and communicating with clients by phone, email or in-person.
• Protecting the best interests of clients at all times and taking precautions against illegal activity
• Sending your clients estimates of fees.

Qualifications;

• A qualified Solicitor
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for their clients
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex concepts into everyday language for non-experts
• Good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions for cases
