Job Description

As a Stores Administrator you will be responsible for administration duties within the stores and dispatch departments

Duties will include:

*Generating dispatch notes

* Scheduling haulier deliveries to site

& Raising requisitions for haulage

* Maintaining the filing system

* Booking in raw material deliveries

* Administration of steel consignment stock

* Maintaining stock on the system

* All general administrative duties

Criteria:

* Previous experience in an administration role

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel & Outlook

** Its is desirable that candidates have experience in a stores environment but not essential

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon to Thurs & 8am to 1pm Fri

£8.67 per hour

This is a temporary ol ongoing position with the view to becoming permanent
