Job Description

As a Stores Coordinator you will be:

  • The primary point of contact for material queries and requests
  • Reviewing filing and archiving pick lists etc so that these can be retrieved for internal/external queries
  • Generate technical complaints and deviations to ensure all store activities are controlled to a high level of accuracy
  • Provide support to the Stores Supervisor
  • Assist with processing additional paperwork when required
  • Attend relevant meetings relating to planning, execution and ongoing management of stores requirements
  • Fulfil all necessary administrative duties in relation to stores process as required

Essential Skills:

  • GCSE Grades A-C in English & Maths
  • Previous experience of using computerised inventory systems
  • Previous experience of order processing

Applicants will also be required to complete and Access NI clearance.
