Job Description

Key Tasks:

  • Compiling/Uploading TRACE Reports

  • Booking Source Inspections for OEMs

  • Customer Complaint Handling

  • Maintenance of Quality Inspection Plans

  • Support for Customer Review Meetings

  • Printing of labels to support Production

  • Admin Support for Quality Inspection Packs

  • Data collection for shop floor inspection

  • Maintenance of Quality Metrics and Boards


The above list is not exhaustive and the scope of the job will grow with experience and additional tasks may be required as and when business needs change.

Required Skills:

  • Possess strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently, and earn trust with your colleagues

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Experience of working within a demanding office environment

  • GCSE Level English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • Willing to work additional hours if required

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of build and inspection process flow

  • Previous experience working with Boeing/Airbus Systems

  • Previous experience with shop floor data collection

  • Ability to demonstrate practical approach to problem solving

Other Requirements:

  • Potential to support rotational shift pattern
