F/t temp-perm Receptionist required for Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Taking, transferring and screening telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting
- Copy typing letters and documentation
- Maintaining and updating computerised records
- Compiling and running reports
- All associated administration
- At least 1 yrs previous Receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills
Salary £8.50 - £9.00 per hr
Hours of work 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday
