The Client: Grafton Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a temporary vacancy for an Administrator located in Rathcoole Co. Dublin. This position will be for a minimum of 3 months with possibility to extend.
Candidates must be available to start immediately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Collating & Processing information
- Supporting Administration & Finance team
- General Administration ad hoc duties
- Strong Administrative Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player.
- Good communication skills with the ability to multi-task where required.
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Desirable: Minimum 1 years Office Administration experience
Hours of work: 9.00 - 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
Pay Rate: €13.00
