Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
The Client: Grafton Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a vacancy for a Temporary Receptionist in Dublin 12. This position is initially for a period of 4-8 weeks but may be further extended.
The Role: Receptionist
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Answering Phones / Switchboard
- Meet & Greet
- Mail Merge
- Sorting Post & Couriers
- Ordering Stationary
- Ad Hoc Administration to support office staff as and when required
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Pay Rate €11.00 per hour
