Temporary Receptionist & Administrator
Job Title: Temporary Receptionist & Administrator Immediate Start
The Client: Grafton Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a vacancy for a receptionist / administrator in Dublin 12 starting on Thursday. The position is temporary for initially one week and will be reviewed on a week to week basis. This position has the potential to lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role: Receptionist & Administrator
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Reception Cover
- Processing Orders onto Excel and passing to accounts
- Researching unusual items for events - ie floral arrangements, furniture
- Checking pricing and sourcing competitive prices from suppliers
- Filing orders for shows
- Investigating permission for events with City Councils
- Assisting with social media
- Printing / photocopying
- Answering phones to assist other office staff
- 2-3 Years administration experience in a busy office
- Advanced MS Excel required
- Great telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines in a busy environment
