1st Line Support | Great training opportunities
Due to recent successes, Grafton Technology have been retained by a leading provider of IT Solutions to retain an experienced 1st line support engineer who has a keen interest working with the latest cloud technologies. On joining the company you will receive full training along with a clear career path so you will know exactly what you need to do to get to the top (with full support of course). This is an interesting and varied role that involves using your own initiative on troubleshooting computer issues, setting up PCs and installing software whilst retaining a high level of customer service.
You will work as part of a busy Managed IT environment providing 1st line support to a wide range of clients.
Working on exciting projects off the phone were you will be a valued member of the team.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
PC, Printer and Laptop set up
Performing back ups
We're looking for someone with experience in any the following areas:
* 1 year experience working in a busy helpdesk environment.
* Experience working with Microsoft Exchange, Symantec Back Exec and Sonic Firewalls
* Windows Server technologies including Active Directory and Remote Desktop
* Working on their own initiative
* Exceptional customer service
