Job Description

Account Manager

Grafton are recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading supplier of training to the Irish marketplace. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a market leader. Your key responsibility lies in achieving revenue & profitability targets and working with the Sales Manager to achieve overall company objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Achievement of monthly sales and profitability targets
* Work with existing accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities
* Build relationships with new clients and add additional revenue streams
* Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to provide customers with a best in class service
* Act as the main point of contact for all client queries
* Coordinate and attend any major meetings, events or trade shows along with senior management
* Work to agreed targets and KPIs as set out by senior management
* Participation in weekly sales forecasting and strategy meetings

Essential Criteria:

* 2 years experience in selling, ideally in the IT Training provider market
* Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
* Self motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail

Desirable Criteria:

* Knowledge of key certifications and supporting training solutions (MCSE, MCSD, CNE, CCSE etc.)
