Account Manager

Grafton are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG company for an Account Manager with a proven track record of commercial success in a competitive environment. This is fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company while developing a leading brand.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of accounts, maximising on volume, revenue and contribution
* Develop relationships with customers across multi functions, positioning the company as a supplier of credibility and choice
* Manage accounts accordingly
* Develop new opportunities
* Achieve clearly defined sales targets
* Coordinate continuous improvement projects with key customers
* Create and deliver impactful presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products and services
* Represent the company in a professional manner
* Report activity to Directors
* Any other duties which role may include

Person Specification:

* Extensive FMCG sales/account management experience
* Have experience of dealing with the Grocery retailers
* Self-assured and self-confident being able to relate to staff at all levels within the organisation
* Self-driven, results orientated with a passionate approach
* You will hold strong analytical skills, and able to demonstrate your ability to influence across all levels of business
* First class negotiation, presentation and communication skills
