Job Description

Account Manager

Grafton are currently seeking to recruit an Account Manager with a proven track record of commercial success in a competitive B2B environment, on behalf of a leading IT company. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and further their career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. You will develop client relationships within private sector organisations in Northern Ireland to increase sales of solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Selling and negotiating
* Retaining and developing the client relationship to cultivate new business
* Successfully present and deliver full range of solutions
* Review market sectors to determine customer needs and volume potential
* Represent the Company at trade shows and business networking events when required to promote solutions
* Work with senior colleagues to align sales strategies to meet the overall business objectives
* Produce accurate and timely sales reports
* Coordinate solutions to customers utilising the knowledge of the internal Technical Support staff
* Work closely with the technical and marketing teams
* Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

* Third level qualification desired but exceptional experience and performance could override this
* Sales and account management experience preferably in industry
* Can demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and care
* Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
* Effective inter-personal skills
* Experience of writing clear and concise proposals
* Strong time management and coordination skills
* Good decision making and problem solving skills
