Job Description

Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator for our client based in Dublin 12.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced, organised and dedicated Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role will be supporting the Accounts Manager with the day to day administration

Duties will include:

  • Full Accounts Payable function such as: inputting invoices, reconciliations, matching order and invoice documentation, Dealing with supply queries, preparing payment runs
  • Full Accounts Receivable function such as: inputting sales invoices, managing debtor accounts, bank lodgements
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Filling and other Adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in an accounts administration
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Experience using Sage Line 50
