Job Description

Our large company in the Swatragh area are looking to recruit an Accounts assistant- Full time -

The roles are to assist the Financial Accountant in the smooth running of the accounts receivable ledger and purchase ledger function

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance of Purchase ledger
  • Payroll on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Inputting data from various sources to a computerised management information system
  • Other General office duties

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE's Maths and English Grade B or above and at least 3 GCSE's at Grades A -C
  • Qualifications equivalent to GCSE's are acceptable
  • At least 6 months recent experience in a similar role
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organise and manage purchasing activities with an attention to detail
  • To work as part of a team to achieve results
  • Maintain confidentiality of information at all times is essential for this position
