Our client in the Ballycastle area are looking to recruit a permanent part time Accounts Assistant to join their growing business

Superior / Reporting function: Finance Manager

General description:

  • Full support to Finance Manager in all financial matters
  • Post all purchase invoices onto system
  • Reconcile supplier statements monthly
  • Prepare payment list
  • EC sales list
  • VAT returns
  • Credit control
  • Ad hoc finance duties

Essential Criteria:

  • 3-5 years practical accounting experience
  • Experience with administrative matters (e.g. tax, VAT, etc.)
  • Accounts technician or equivalent preferable.
  • Good Standard of education

Desirable Criteria:

  • SAP experience
