Our client is currently recruiting a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm and will commence immediately. The role will be initially for 3-6 months with a possibility of extension.
The purpose of this role is to support an Accounts Payable project and will require high volumes of invoice processing. Additional duties will include:
Duties will include:
- Management of AP system (SAP)
- Supporting the Accounts Payable department
- Scanning finance documents onto in-house system
- Management of daily finance queries
- Expense processing
- Previous experience in a finance role with SAP essential
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, self-starter with enthusiasm and pro-active approach
Salary for this role will be within the region of €12 per hour. This role will be based in Dublin 11.
