Job Description

Our client in the Carrickfergus area are looking to recruit a full time Admin Assistant to join their team. The role will be temporary for 3 months with a view to permanent

Hours: Mon- Thurs 9am-5pm and Friday 9am- 1pm

The Duties:

  • Generating Sales invoices on sage 200
  • Booking out stock
  • Returning stock
  • Raising credit notes
  • Arranging deliveries to customers in the UK
  • Exporting containers and smaller shipments to Saudi Arabia and complete all paperwork and export documentation relating to this
  • Dealing with customers and processing their orders on sage 200
  • Answering phones and dealing with queries

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE's (Grade C+) Or equivalent
  • At least 2 years admin experience within a busy office environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Positive and flexible working
  • Purchasing experience advantageous
