Job Description

Our client in the Ballymena area are looking for an Admin officer to join their team for 3 months+

Main purpose of the role:

  • Provide a high quality administrative service across the planning functions to include preparation and management of casework, compilation of data and production and maintenance of newsletters and a webpage.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths (Grade C+) or equivalent qualifications to demonstrate literacy and numeracy
  • Have one years administrative experience in a busy office environment to include the ability to deal efficiently with large volumes of work and prioritising demands
  • Alternatively consideration may be given to candidates who do not possess the required educational qualifications but who can demonstrate 3 years administrative experience in a busy environment to include the ability to deal efficiently with large volumes of work and prioritising demands
  • A minimum of RSA Stage 2 (Parts 1 + 2) Word Processing/OCR Level 2 (parts 1 +2) Text Processing or equivalent
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
