Temporary Admin Assistant required for a local Public Sector organisation based in Ballymena.
Starting 29th August potentially for 18-24 months
You will need to be available for compulsory training between 9.30am-4.30pm in Craigavon.
Monday-Friday = 37.5 hours per week
Hourly rate: £7.05ph (under 25) £7.50ph (over 25) increasing after 12 weeks to £10ph
Duties will include:
- Dealing with queries from the public via telephone to customers and employers
- Processing all digital claims
- Managing claimants accounts
- Processing payments
5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, in English Language and mathematics. Administration experience is desirable.
**Please note that successful candidate's will be required to complete a Basic Access NI Clearance at the cost of £26.**
