Job Description

Our client a successful manufacturer in the Portadown area has an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator for a temporary ongoing position:

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining company database
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining uniform orders
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Ordering stationery
  • Ensuring induction packs are completed for new employees
  • General typing of correspondences

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level to include English and Maths
  • IT Literate
  • Previous experience in an HR department would be advantageous
  • Minimum of one year recent administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Driving licence due to location
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
