Grafton Recruitment is working on behalf of our client who is looking for a temporary Administrator to join their team. This role is based in Bangor, Co.Down and is paid at 7.20/hour. It is for an immediate start.
Job Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Dispatching jobs to engineers
- Updating databases with correct information
- Producing reports
- General administrative duties
- at least 6 months-1 year admin experience in an office environment
- ability to work under pressure and to high standards
- excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- be available for work immediately
- be able and willing to travel to Bangor
