Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator. Our client is a market leader in the energy sector and is looking for a skilled candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Details

  • £15,000/annum
  • Monday to Friday 0830-1700
  • 1630 finish on Fridays
  • 20 days holiday + 11 stat days
  • Based in East Belfast

Job Duties

  • Provide a high level of administrative and facilities support to the Support Services departments
  • Work across Business Planning, Contracts & Procurement and Human Resources departments
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service are provided to the business
  • Working in a team environment to support and achieve company objectives

Criteria

Essential:

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a previous administration role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, prioritisation and problem solving skills, e.g. able to establishing a clear structure to your work to maximise the best use of your time
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy often when managing multiple tasks or situations
  • Able to develop good relationships with customers and colleagues

Essential:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of importance of data protection and confidentiality
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workflow within the remit of the role

Desirable:

  • Ability to effectively reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manor
  • Experience working within a facilities environment
  • Strong teamwork, with an ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
