Job Description

Our client based outside of Banbridge require a part-time administrator 2/3 full days per week. This role has the potential of becoming full time hours depending on the needs of the business.

Main Duties:

  • Typing correspondence
  • Answering telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate person
  • Maintaining database on a daily basis
  • Filing
  • Post in and out
  • General administration duties as required

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level to include English and Maths, grade A-C
  • IT Literate to include Word and Excel
  • Minimum of 6 months recent administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
