Job Description

Our client based in the Lurgan area require an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent for the successful candidate.

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining client database
  • Organising employee files and certificates
  • Creating spreadsheets for employees and updating
  • Assisting Manager with all administration requirements

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level to include English and Maths
  • Recent previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Previous experience working knowledge of spreadsheets
  • IT literate - Excel and Word
  • Must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail
