Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking and experienced administrator for our client based in Dublin 12 for a 1 month fixed term contract.
This role would be working on a busy small office and is responsible for dealing with all customer queries and administration for the company. Our client is looking for someone that thrives in a busy office environment has excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Creating Invoices
- Accounts Admin
- Creating and sending quotations
- Data Entry
- Taking payments
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Sage line 50 experience essential
- Ability to multi-task in a very busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Team Player
- Excellent salary on offer 23-25K
- Initially a 12 month contract but with the view to moving to a permanent role
- Dublin 12 location
