Job Description

Our client a leading manufacturer based outside Lurgan require an experienced Office Administrator.

Main Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls and directing
  • Maintaining databases
  • Matching dockets and invoices
  • Typing correspondence
  • Responding to emails
  • Post in and out
  • Filing
  • Other admin duties as required

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level to include English and Maths
  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • IT Literate to include Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Time management
  • Own transport due to location
