We are currently recruiting for a part-time Administrator/Receptionist for one of our clients based on Airport Road West. This is a permanent role on a part-time basis for 22-28 hours/week spread out over Monday-Friday. Our client is a market leader in the financial planning sector. Job Details include:
Salary: £8-9/hour DOE
Hours: 22.5 to 28hrs
Worktime: Monday to Friday
You will be responsible for:
-Taking & transferring calls.
-Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
-Create and maintain filing system client files
-Submit new business online
-Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment supplies
-Liaising with product providers/mortgage lenders, as and when necessary
-Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial report/letters
-Monitor receipt of commission/fee payments from clients
-Attend meeting and take minutes as and when required
-Maintain a computerised customer database Type and word-process various documents and electronic information
-Spreadsheet maintenance Providing high levels of customer service. Meeting and greeting clients both face to face and over the phone.
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Good report writing skills
-Good methodical and organisational skills
-Computer literacy and good typing skills
-Accurate with good attention to detail.
Qualifications / Experience:
-The successful applicant will have previous reception and administration experience. You will be confident and have excellent customer service skills and be professional at all times.
-Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Microsoft- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Basic knowledge of the financial services sector would be an advantage
