Job Description

Our client based in Portadown since the 1970's require a temporary administrator for an immediate start.

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining database
  • Liaising with maintenance personnel
  • Filing documents
  • Providing customer service
  • General administration duties as required

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level grade A-C to include English and Maths
  • Recent previous experience working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • IT Literate to include Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
