Job Description

Duties will include

  • Reception - answering telephone and dealing with incoming emails
  • Inputting data on Excel Spreadsheets
  • Using SAGE Accounting system to post purchase invoices, sales invoices/credits
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Skills Required

  • Excellent interpersonal,oral and written communication skills
  • High level of skill in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience of SAGE Accounts
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
