Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company located in North County Dublin, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for 3-6 month contract.
The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills with a high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite and SAP system. The purpose of this role is to assist Senior Management with the administration for an ongoing project.
Duties will include:
- Administrative support for a data cleansing project
- Preparation of data on Excel for migration to SAP system
- Collating data and creating Excel files to include use of macros, pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Act as department representative for other business units
- Represent the department at weekly meetings and discuss progress and project obstacles
- Ad hoc administration as required
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role preferably within data cleansing
- Advanced MS Excel skills is essential for this role (particularly formulas, pivot tables, macros and formatting)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and SAP a distinct advantage
- Previous experience with high volume data cleansing desirable
- Ability to work efficiently and under strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
