Job Title - Assistant Accountant Position
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Setting Up new Supplier Accounts
- Creditors Reconciliations
- Preparation of Payment Run
- Sales Invoicing
- Direct Debit File preparation
- Entering Bank Receipts and Payments
- Bank Reconcilation ( Euro and Sterling Accounts)
- Management of Fixed Asset Register
- Monthly Payroll
- Monthly/ Bi Monthly Returns - VAT, P30, RCT, VIES
- Assistance with Year End Accounts
- Additional ad-hoc tasks to include working on business projects.
- The Assistant Accountant will report to the FC
- The Assistant Accountant will provide support to the Business Managers to ensure the success of the business.
- Previous experience as an accounts assistant
- Knowledge of working with SAGE Line50 an advantage
- Part Qualified, CPA, ACCA, ACA
- Understanding and experience of working with a very busy work environment
- Presentable manner
- Willingness to participate and work on own initiative essential.
