Assistant Manager - Antrim - 20k +
On behalf of our client, a branded coffee house, we are recruiting for a talented Assistant Manager to lead the team leader and team members. This is a great store, a very high profile site within the business and we are looking for a fantastic Assistant Manager. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced manager that loves creating and serving outstanding coffee, as well as inspiring their team to offer fantastic customer service at all times.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be ensuring that the team delivers the best in customer service, whilst making sure that the store is welcoming at all times. You'll be making sure that the Store reaches its financial and quality targets, as well as coaching your team to success. You will support the managing of a P&L, building schedules, leading a team and nurturing talent allowing those to become the very best they can.
You'll receive a competitive salary up to £20,000 per annum plus a bonus incentive up to 15% of your salary, pension scheme, 28 days holiday, meal on duty, discounts in restaurant and retail outlets, child care vouchers and lots of opportunities to develop your career in to different brands or more senior management
