Team Leader

My client who are in the music business are seeking candidates who are hungry to succeed and develop their career in a dynamic, energetic and expanding company.

As a Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for growing, coaching and motivating a small sales team on effective way to communicate with potential and existing customers.

Main Duties:

  1. Coaching and mentoring of your Team of Business Development Representatives
  2. Contribute to your team's sales results through effective planning and management across the team
  3. Carry out business development calls to potential customers as appropriate
  4. Manage calls escalated from team members
  5. Ensure quality monitoring is conducted for all team members and fed back in a timely manner in order to maintain excellent levels of customer service
  6. Own and manage your Team's KPI's and offer daily support to team members in achieving their personal targets
  7. Run regular Team Meetings to analyse results and generate new ideas in relation to achieving targets and driving the business forward
  8. Assist in the development, ongoing review and improvement of the sales processes
  9. Management and audit of the CRM system
  10. Act as point of contact for senior management


  • A highly motivated and driven individual
  • The ability to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • 3 years + in a sales related Team Leader role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience in carrying out performance reviews
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • CRM experience
  • Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the Music Business
  • Extremely customer focused
  • A desire to succeed
  • Ability to operate on own initiative
  • Leaving certificate
