Business Manager - Accountancy & Finance - Join our growing team!
The Grafton Specialist team is the dedicated division within the Grafton Employment Group, focused on providing Permanent, Contract & Temporary staffing solutions for the Accountancy & Finance, Engineering, HR, IT, Manufacturing & Production, Procurement & Sales & Marketing sectors across Northern Ireland.
As the Grafton Specialist team continues to grow, we are really excited to take the next step in our journey, with the appointment of a Business Manager to oversee and grow our Accountancy & Finance Division.
We are not a typical agency and we want to provide a personal, professional and consultative approach, focused upon building long term partnerships, rather than chasing quick wins.

Business Development - Devising BD strategy for Division, through identification and qualifying of new and existing key clients and competitors, with timelines, milestones and success factors.
Budget Management - Managing divisional budget line, tracking and reporting of performance vs budget, analysis of trends, forecasting, debtors and payroll.
Team Management - Annual appraisals, PDPs, monthly 1-2-1s, weekly sales meetings, setting targets and objectives (KPIs) , identifying areas for growth and development, performance management, training needs analysis and training delivery.
Compliance - Manage and ensure division is 100% compliant in line with ISO and Grafton standards
Networking - Partnering with industry bodies and events to promote Grafton (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
General - Act as lead point of contact for client and candidate enquiries, contribute to ad-hoc projects

Focused on the development of the Accountancy & Finance Division across Northern Ireland, the Business Manager will be a seasoned recruiter within the A&F sector, with team management exp.
This experience can be within the Industry or Practice markets, at support, part qualified or senior level.
You will possess a hunter mentality, capable of identifying and winning new business, maximising existing relationships and exceptionally strong in negotiation.
- 4 -5 years recruitment experience, combined with experience of inspiring, motivating and managing a team.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and securing new business/contracts, within the Accountancy & Finance sector.
- A proven track record of developing talent pipelines at all levels of the A&F market space
- Sound understanding of the wider recruitment market , tuning into economic, competitor, social and technological developments
- Ability to think strategically , developing business plans around market and growth opportunities.
- Highly developed negotiation and persuasion skills
- Driver, with access to transport
- Third-level qualification or equivalent
- Management of an Accountancy and Finance team

Attractive base salary
