Grafton are working in partnership with a well known Commercial Catering organisation to recruit for a Chef Manager.
The role involves day to day management of the food services to an excellent standard, customer service, staff rotas and development and supervision of a team.
Candidates will need to have NVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1&2, HACCP/Food Hygiene and have experience in a similar role.
You will need a proven management track record, excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to work on your own initiative. You must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel and must have previous cash handling experience.
This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week.
