Day to day management of the food services to an excellent standard, customer service, staffing rotas & development of a team, staff supervision and training.
First point of contact for client and auditors
- Education & Requirements: NVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1&2, HACCP/Food Hygiene
- Proven management track record, excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel.
- Must have previous cash handling experience.
39 hours per week : Monday - Friday
Rate of pay £9.00 per hour
