Our client in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a number of positions for Clerical and Administrative Assistants. The roles are temporary long term and are immediate starts.
Hours: Mon-Friday 9am-5pm
- Answering calls and dealing with queries and directing calls
- Filing , photocopying and scanning documents
- managing diaries
- dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail
- typing letters
- Minute taking for meetings (in some departments)
- Updating information onto in house system
- 5 GCSE's Grade C+ including maths and English
- Good customer service experience
- Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft WORD and Excel)
- at least 2 years experience of working in a fast paced office environment
