Temporary Clerical Officer required for a local government authority based in Belfast BT15.
Starting ASAP potentially for 3-6 months
Monday-Friday = 36 hours per week
- Word Processing letters, memos and reports
- Data entry
- Arranging meetings
- Petty cash
- Filing, faxing and photocopying
Applicants must hold a minimum of OCR (formerly RSA) Stage II Typewriting (Parts 1 & 2) or equivalent examination qualifications or OCR Stage II Word Processing (Parts 1 & 2) AND 4 GCE 'O' level or GCSE passes (Grades A, B, or C) including English Language or equivalent or higher examination qualifications. You must be able to provide copies of the above certificates.
