Our client based in Armagh require Clerical Officers for various temporary positions starting immediately.
- General administration
- Maintaining databases
- Typing correspondence
- Dealing with general queries
- Processing applications
- A minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grade C or higher, or equivalent (Proof of certificates required)
- Minimum of 6 months in a busy administration office
- Working knowledge of IT systems
- Knowledge of the requirements of a clerical officer
- Knowledge of general office administrative processes and systems
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Internal and external customer focused approach
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
