Job Description

Temporary Commercial Administrator required to cover a period of Maternity leave.

Main responsibilities will include

  • producing quotations to set guidelines within target timescales for customers and prospects
  • producing price lists & pricing analysis as required by management and sales
  • producing customer information, including commercial info, vendor analysis, Pan-European analysis etc. as defined by management
  • Producing commercial reports, including monthly management reports, price monitoring reports etc
  • Ad hoc duties such as project work, resolving invoice queries


  • Strong team player with a sharp eye for figures
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • accurate with strong attention to detail and a proven completer finisher
  • at least 3 years practical experience of operating computer price management systems & Microsoft office packages (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Good organisational skills and an ability to take ownership
  • Confident communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and take ownership on tasks
  • Must be highly trustworthy in dealing with confidential information
