Communications Lead/PMO Analyst

Role Status: Contract, full time

Location: UK and Dublin, minimum 3 days per week Dublin

We're looking for a Communications Lead/PMO Analyst to join our Client's remediation function. This will be in a fast paced and dynamic financial services organisation.

What you'll do

You'll lead the end to end remediation communication campaign. You'll offer guidance, develop and implement key messages to both internal and external parties. You'll also manage internal and external suppliers, ensuring a quality cost efficient output.

Recognised as a subject matter expert, you'll work directly with your senior stakeholders, and you'll be the first port of call for advice regarding communications. You'll also develop and implement all internal and external communications relating to the remediation project

You will report into Head of PMO and will also the PMO team. Responsibilities may include: tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; programme level risk and issue co-ordination; monitoring the status of projects; coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Programme level workshops.

Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO Manager with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, assisting Project Managers on large projects, contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives.

What you'll bring

With excellent communication skills, you'll be confident collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and proficient at building strong working relationships.

Along with a background in an external or internal Communications or Marketing function within a large organisation, you'll have experience of working on the communications workstream on a remediation project within financial. You'll have a proven track record of communication planning, delivery and implementation. You'll also have an awareness of a vast range of communication and media channels.
