Job Description

Our manufacturing client in the Carrickfergus area are looking to recruit a company administrator to join their team on a 3 months+ basis.

Hours of work: 8.30am- 5pm Mon-Friday

Duties will vary on a daily basis but should include:

  • Preparations of quotations
  • Typing, scanning, emailing and filing hard copies
  • Updating quotations spread sheet
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Preparation of risk assessment and method statements
  • Checking portal sites for tenders
  • All other administration duties as required by teams

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSE's Grade C+ including Maths and English
  • At least 2 years office Administration experience recently
  • Good IT Skills to include the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing client

This role is temporary but there may be opportunities for permanent depending on the person
