Belfast City Centre

£18,000 Full-Time Permanent ( Available from mid June)

Grafton Recruitment is delighted to announce a very exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading office management companies. As a concierge you will be located in Belfast city centre and will be first point of contact for all incoming clients and visitors. You will be working alongside a small but ever so friendly and welcoming team.

The Role:

Main Functions -

  • Building Set up
  • Front of House
  • Repairs and Renewals
  • Health and Safety

  1. Building Set Up

- Opening up all areas for 7.00am, ensuring all lights have been switched on and make sure everything is ready for all clients' arrivals

- Ensure all areas in the building internally and externally are kept to as high of a standard as possible. This would include Entrance areas, Bathrooms, Kitchens and communal areas ( Contact cleaning company with any problems)

- Organisation of all store rooms

- Ordering all stock and controlling the inventory of kitchen and bathroom supplies

- Ensure all office suites are set up and move furniture as directed by management

  1. Front of House

- To ensure that all clients and visitors entering the premise receive 5 star treatment

- Act as point of contact for all internal client requests and treat requests as priority

- Collection of all post and frank post for distribution

- To cover reception desk and answer incoming phone calls when required

  1. Repairs and Renewals

- Carry out reasonable maintenance when require including changing light bulbs and small repairs

- Note any maintenance issues and report to manager and client service team where possible

- Deal with contractors on maintenance issues including lift maintenance, carpet cleaning and painting

  1. Health and Safety

- Test fire alarms on scheduled dates and log testing on the online system

- Note and health and safety issues and report to Manager

- Act as fire warden for building following appropriate training

***All other Adhoc duties as require***

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 7.00am - 4.00pm at £18,000 per annum with 20 days holiday per annum

Dress Code:

Black dress trousers, black or white shirt, Polished black shoes.


-Previous experience in property management or security role is desirable however is not essential

- Excellent communication skills and Customer Service

- Good prioritisation skills: ability to work well under pressure

- Good team player and ability to use your own initiative

- Reliable, trustworthy and excellent time keeper

- Handy man experience would be to your advantage
