Job Description

Our client in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a Corporate Sales Support Executive to join their team.

This candidate should be proactive and professional with a sales administration background

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

£8.5O p/hr

This role is initially for 1 month however for the right person it could lead to permanent

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the corporate sales team in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Complete reports on an ongoing basis
  • Complete product demos and sales calls
  • Data input and management
  • Order processing
  • Undertake sales administration tasks as required
  • Adhere to company policies at all times
  • Act in a professional manner at all times, promoting the company and its ethos throughout all business dealings
  • Undertake other activities as may be required

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels
  • possess a strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Well organised, thorough and dependable
  • ability to learn new tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Good team player

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • a high level of computer literacy
  • excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • confident telephone manner

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Educated to a minimum of A Level standard
  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Foreign languages highly desirable
