Our Client in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a Part Time Credit Controller on a Temp basis
Essential Criteria :
- 5 GCSE'S including English and Maths ( Grade C and above )
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Allocate payments and reconcile accounts and do the same for the month end for the whole debtor ledger.
- Report to management on outstanding issues and inform them early of potential debtor problems.
- Manage debtors accounts, developing customer relationships to deal with late payments
- Resolve problems for clients, copy invoices/statements, proof of delivery, credit notes, and liaise internally and with the sales team to progress any problems that are being handled in any other department.
- Credit checking and account set up for new managers
- Allocate payments and reconcile accounts and do the same for the month end for the whole debtor ledger
