Job Description

Our client based in the Portadown area requires a permanent Customer Account Manager to join their expanding team.


Main Duties:

  • Manage new and existing customer accounts
  • To sell service contracts to existing and potential customers across UK
  • Handle inbound customer sales and customer service enquiries
  • Meet the agreed level of sales with existing accounts as necessary to maintain/increase levels of business activity
  • Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products/services to secure new business.
  • Liaising with other departments as required

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Recent experience in sales/customer service environment
  • Experience in inbound/outbound calls
  • Excellent negotiation skills and telephone manner
  • IT Literate to include Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
