Our client currently requires enthusiastic and motivated Customer Advisors to join their Bangor based team on a temporary on-going basis. Our client is a market leader in the Customer Experience Management sector. These roles are based on shift patterns depending on the campaign being worked on.
-Monday to Sunday shift patterns
-Annual salary reviews
-28 days annual leave with length of service days
Job duties will include:
-Responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from the public
-Providing guidance, oversight and advice to callers on a wide range of activities
-Updating company systems
-Able to effectively handle queries and complaints
-Escalating customer queries where necessary
-A minimum of 6 months' experience in Customer Service based roles
-A professional and polite telephone manner
-Assertive, persuasive and well organised
-Literate and articulate with excellent MS Office skills
