Job Description

Event Decor / Customer Service Advisor

Base - Head office Co.Armagh, with travel throughout North and South of Ireland

Seasonal Position - Temporary

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, organised and talented individual to join an existing team. This is the ideal role for a candidate who is passionate about joining the events industry. This is a busy role but the perfect starting point to learn or develop further in customer service and events.

Job purpose

  • To provide wedding and event decor to venues across North and South of Ireland.

Key responsibilities

  • Organising and load up of equipment
  • Attending venues and setup for event
  • Attending appointments with current and potential clients
  • Collection of equipment after event Arranging and organising of equipment on return from venue
  • Organising of stockroom
  • Laundry duties Housekeeping
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Working as part of a busy team and on your own initiative


  • Driving license is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential
  • Must have Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Organisation skills
  • Able to work on initiative
  • Prepared to work unsociable hours and holidays, as and when required
  • Prepared to travel long distance with overnight stays occasionally
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
