Job Description

Office Administrator / Communications Administrator (Dublin 6)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Assistance with event management
  • Assistance with marketing campaign management
  • Managing ad-hoc projects

Candidates - experience and qualifications:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications - email, excel, PowerPoint
  • Good typing skills
  • An ECDL qualification would be an advantage
  • Experience of updating websites would be an advantage
  • Professional telephone manner essential

Candidates - skills:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent social Media exposure
  • Highly professional, presentable and personable
  • A highly motivated team player who is flexible and reliable
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
